Air Force COOL Credentialing Assistance

The Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL) program helps active duty Air Force and Space Force members earn nationally recognized civilian credentials that align with their military training and occupation — at no cost to the service member.

AlliedRx Institute is an approved provider under Air Force COOL. Our accelerated healthcare certification programs are designed to align with military occupational skills and help transitioning airmen build civilian careers in healthcare.

Funding Amount

Up to $4,500

Per credential attempt, covering exam fees, training, and certification costs.

Who Qualifies

Active duty Air Force and Space Force members. Must have a valid military credential gap identified in the COOL system.

Approved Provider

AlliedRx Institute is an AF COOL-approved training provider. Programs are mapped to AFSC/MOS codes for seamless approval.

Active Duty — U.S. Army Soldiers

Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) Program

The Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) program provides active duty Soldiers with up to $4,000 per fiscal year to pursue civilian credentials and certifications that complement their Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). The program is designed to enhance Soldiers' marketability after service and strengthen their current military skills.

AlliedRx Institute is registered on the Army COOL portal as an approved training provider. Our programs are mapped to relevant MOS codes so Soldiers can quickly verify eligibility and apply through the GoArmyEd / ArmyIgnitED portal.

Annual Funding Cap

$4,000

Per fiscal year for eligible active duty Soldiers. Covers tuition, exam fees, and certification costs.

Who Qualifies

Active duty Army Soldiers (Regular Army, Army Reserve on active orders). Must have sufficient service time and credentials aligned with current or future MOS.

How Payments Work

Funds are paid directly to AlliedRx as the approved training provider. Soldiers are not required to pay out of pocket when approved.

Access the ArmyIgnitED portal and search for AlliedRx Institute under approved credentialing providers.

Select Your Program

Choose a healthcare certification that aligns with your MOS or transition goals and request CA funding.

Get Commander Approval

Obtain your commanding officer's signature. AlliedRx can assist with the required documentation.

4

Enroll at AlliedRx

Submit your approval to our military admissions team. Tuition is billed directly to the Army.

MyCAA — My Career Advancement Account Scholarship

The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship is a workforce development program that provides up to $4,500 in financial assistance to eligible military spouses who want to pursue portable careers — careers that can move with the family as the service member is reassigned.

AlliedRx healthcare certifications are the perfect fit for MyCAA recipients. Our programs are portable, fast to complete, and lead to in-demand careers that thrive in any location — whether near a base or across the country.

Scholarship Amount

Up to $4,500

Total scholarship. Up to $2,000 per academic year for portable career programs.

Who Qualifies

Spouses of active duty service members in pay grades E-1 through E-5, W-1 through W-2, and O-1 through O-2 across all branches.

Portable Careers

AlliedRx programs qualify as portable careers — healthcare credentials are recognized nationwide and remain valuable wherever military life takes you.

Steps to Get Your Scholarship

Register at MilitaryOneSource.mil and create your MyCAA account using your sponsor's SSN and branch of service.

Choose Your Program

Select an AlliedRx healthcare certification program and confirm it qualifies as a portable career under MyCAA guidelines.

Submit Your Request

Apply for MyCAA financial assistance through the portal. AlliedRx's school code will be required — contact our team for details.

Start Your Program

Once approved, enroll at AlliedRx. Tuition is paid directly to the school on your behalf.
